About The Evening:
To honor the birthday of the US Constitution Sept. 17, 1787, and especially during this year of America’s 250th Birthday, we are showing a special, educational, award-winning movie “A More Perfect Union.” It tells the story of the long hot summer in 1787, when the founding fathers set out to create a new form of government, one that would “establish the standard of self-government to the world.”
After the movie, we will break into teams and play a fun and challenging game called “Constitution Quest.” The winning team will get prizes.
